DCE Salutes Workers, Commends Stakeholders for Support in Atwima Kwanwoma

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Atwima Kwanwoma, Hon. Grace Agyemang Asamoah, has extended warm greetings to workers and residents of the district, praising their dedication and contributions to local development.

In a message to mark this year’s Workers’ Day, the DCE lauded the hardworking men and women across various sectors, including farmers, teachers, health professionals, artisans, traders, and civil servants, describing them as the backbone of the district’s progress.

She noted that the growth and advancement of Atwima Kwanwoma is largely driven by the resilience and commitment of its workforce, whose daily efforts continue to improve livelihoods and strengthen the local economy.

Hon. Agyemang Asamoah also used the occasion to express profound gratitude to traditional authorities in the district, commending chiefs and queen mothers for their leadership and role in maintaining peace and unity.

She further acknowledged the contributions of opinion leaders, whose guidance and constructive engagements, she said, have been vital in shaping development-oriented decisions within the district.

The DCE did not leave out corporate bodies and development partners, applauding them for their continuous support, investments, and social interventions which have contributed significantly to infrastructural development and job creation.

She encouraged the youth to remain focused and disciplined, urging them to take advantage of available opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the growth of the district.

Hon. Agyemang Asamoah called on residents to renew their commitment to unity, hard work, and patriotism, stressing that collective effort is key to building a more prosperous Atwima Kwanwoma.

She concluded by wishing all workers a happy Workers’ Day and commended them for their invaluable contributions to the district’s development.
