Enas Hybrid School Holds Maiden Trade Fair to Boost Student Entrepreneurship

Enas Hybrid School at Ahodwo Daban in the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly has successfully held its maiden trade fair aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and practical learning among students.

The event brought together businesses, traders, parents, and community members, turning the school premises into a vibrant marketplace filled with a variety of products and services.

Chief Executive Officer of the school, Nana Yaa Amo, said the initiative forms part of efforts to provide holistic education that equips students with practical skills beyond academics. She noted that the fair exposed students to real-life business environments while nurturing creativity and innovation.

“Education is not only about academic excellence but also about equipping students with practical skills that will make them self-reliant,” she stated.
She added that the school intends to sustain the initiative to help bridge the gap between theory and practice while strengthening ties with the business community.

Students actively participated by assisting exhibitors and gaining hands-on experience in marketing, customer service, and product presentation.
President of the Student Leadership Council, Rateesh Manish Bhagwanani, said the fair was also aimed at promoting unity within the school and enhancing its public image. He expressed optimism that future editions would attract more exhibitors and grow bigger.

“This is just the beginning. We hope to organise even bigger editions in the future,” he said.
Participating exhibitors included Boris B’s Chicken and Eggs, Siptails, Adeva Gardens, The Kids Place, Clamour and Grow, Mrs. Pinky, NMK Enterprise, Media Kids Mart, Xotrading
Limited, Food Court, The Baker’s Haven, Fidelity Bank, Save In Jewellery Limited, Creamy Popsicles, Delirose Foods, Tiens Ghana, and Ethos Risk Protection Partners, among others.
