The encounter will be staged at the Accra Sports Stadium, and is expected to once again be one of the most anticipated events on the Ghanaian football calendar.
The return leg will take place at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on Match Day 22, setting the stage for what could be a season-defining showdown between the two most decorated and widely supported clubs in Ghanaian football history.
