DCE Calls for Discipline, Commitment at Atwima Kwanwoma Assembly

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for the Atwima Kwanwoma District Assembly, Hon. Mrs. Grace Agyemang Asamoah, has urged staff of the Assembly to embrace discipline, hard work and professionalism as they begin the 2026 working year.
Speaking at a durbar at the Assembly Hall, the DCE cautioned officers against absenteeism and lateness, stressing that such practices undermine productivity and effective service delivery.
She charged staff to remain focused, dedicated and punctual in the performance of their duties to enable the Assembly to achieve its development objectives for the year.
Hon. Agyemang Asamoah also underscored the importance of teamwork and cooperation, noting that collective effort is essential for efficient local governance.
She appealed to staff to offer the same level of support and cooperation given to the outgoing District Coordinating Director, Madam Eunice Korankye, to the newly appointed Coordinating Director, adding that institutional harmony and a smooth transition would enhance efficiency and service delivery.
The DCE expressed optimism that with renewed commitment, discipline and unity among staff, the Atwima Kwanwoma District Assembly would make significant progress in 2026.
