Angel FM Reporter, Businessman Support Orphanage Home
The Bekwai correspondent of Angel FM, Nana Poku, in collaboration with businessman Isaac Ampiah Koran, has donated assorted items to the Onipa Hia Mmoa Orphanage Home at Kwaamang in the Bekwai Municipality of the Ashanti Region.
The gesture, according to the donors, was to support the upkeep of the children and put smiles on their faces.
Speaking after the donation, Nana Poku praised Mr. Isaac Ampiah Koran for his generosity and compassion towards the needy in society.
He disclosed that he was deeply touched when he first arrived at the orphanage and saw the children, but became encouraged after interacting with them.
He therefore called on individuals, organisations and philanthropists to extend support to the orphanage home, stressing that every little contribution would go a long way to improve the lives of the children.
Management of the orphanage home expressed gratitude to the donors for the kind gesture and appealed for more support from the public to help cater for the children.
