Believers Encouraged to Remain Faithful in Pursuit of “The Latter Glory”

The theme “The Latter Glory” was the focus of a powerful sermon delivered by Prophet Gideon Sarkodie Amankwa, one of the administrators of Fire Trinity Ministry International, during a spirit-filled night vigil held at the church’s auditorium at Aburaso in the Atwima Kwanwoma District of the Ashanti Region.

Preaching from Haggai 2:1-9, Prophet Sarkodie explained that the “latter glory” symbolizes a divine process in which believers pass through life’s storms before being elevated by God to a higher level of blessing and fulfillment.

He cited the example of Abraham, who waited many years before God’s promise of making him the father of many nations came to pass, stressing that every believer must go through a journey before reaching their season of glory.

“The latter glory is not instant — it is a process. You will face trials and storms, but when you remain faithful, God will lift you to greater heights,” he said.

Prophet Sarkodie further encouraged worshippers not to despise their humble beginnings, noting that “without the former glory, there can be no latter glory. Out of the little comes a greater one.”

He assured the congregation that in their time of latter glory, God would “shake Himself and fulfill every heart’s desire,” urging them to hold firmly to their faith and trust in God’s perfect timing.
