Dunkwahene Expresses Gratitude to Well-Wishers Following Daughter’s Funeral

The Chief of Dunkwa-On-Offin in the Central Region, Okoforobour Dr. Obeng Nuako III, has extended heartfelt appreciation to all individuals and groups who supported him and his family during the funeral rites of his late daughter, Madam Vida Akosua Manu.
In a statement issued from the palace, the traditional ruler expressed deep gratitude to friends, sympathizers, and members of the public who came from far and near to mourn with him during the difficult period. He acknowledged that the overwhelming show of love, solidarity, and compassion was a source of comfort to the grieving family.
“I am sincerely grateful to everyone who stood by us during the funeral rites of my beloved daughter. Your prayers, presence, and kind words gave us strength and hope,” he said.
He specifically mentioned and thanked distinguished individuals including Dr. Victor Gadri, Mr. Ben Amonoo, Nana Kwadwo Agyeman Serbeh, and Denkyira Abuakwa Abakomahene for their personal show of support. He also recognized the presence and contributions of Dr. Evans Bukro and expressed appreciation to the Association of Small-Scale Miners in Dunkwa and surrounding communities for their solidarity.
According to Okoforobour Dr. Obeng Nuako III, the united show of support not only honored the memory of his late daughter but also demonstrated the deep bonds of community and tradition that bind the people of Dunkwa-On-Offin.
