Senior Presbyter Donates To The Needy
Dr. Victor Gadri, a Senior Presbyter of the Victory Compound in Dunkwa Presbyterian Church of Ghana, has donated 150 bags of rice, boxes of edible oil and assorted items to the disabled and the less privileged in the church at Dunkwa-on-offin.
He explained at the presentation that the gesture was to put smiles on the faces of the beneficiaries which prepared them for the annual harvest which occured on 21st April 2025, under the theme: “He that have pity on the poor lend unto the Lord.”
According to him, rational behind the gesture was to enable orphans, widows and the less privileged to celebrate a befiting and peaceful occasion without thinking about who would help them to celebrate the occasion.
The Dunkwa-On-Offin in the Central Regional based renowned business man, a philanthropist and a staunch christian who was recently honoured by the Kingdom University College in Florida, United States of America, urged Ghanaians to show love to the needy in society on such occasions like Easter.
